• Advance Planning Reportsare a service provided by W.H. Porter Consultants, PLLC. We have prepared APRs for various municipal and state projects. These reports examine the feasibility, need, and potential environmental impacts of specific projects.

• Environmental Permitsand wetland mitigation are an area in which we have a great deal of experience. W.H. Porter Consultants, PLLC has guided many clients through the environmental permitting process on both the state and federal level. We have prepared numerous applications for 404 and 401 Water Quality Permits as well as Aquatic Resource Alteration Permits (ARAPs) for clients involved in both private development and public improvements. We have also prepared many Wetland Mitigation plans for both private and government entities.

• Environmental Studies are a service we provide to our clients. W.H. Porter can coordinate and provide environmental studies of specific areas of concern such as noise, air quality (via Mobile6 emissions modeling and Caline 3 dispersion analysis), water quality and wetlands, and others. We are also experienced in preparing full Environmental Assessments of potential impacts for submission to Federal and State Agencies.
